A 1.17-acre industrial property near Charlestown’s Hood Park has sold for $10.05 million.
The parcel at 8 Bunker Hill Industrial Park contains a 9,600-square-foot building and is assessed at $1.66 million, according to City of Boston records.
Documents filed with the Suffolk Registry of Deeds list a New York-based real estate investment fund, DLJ Capital Partners, as the buyer. The seller was listed as Saugus-based J.P.R. Realty Inc.
The Boston Planning & Development Agency recently approved an expansion at Catamount Management Corp.’s Hood Park, which would include a hotel, 200 housing units and office and lab space capable of accommodating up to 3,500 jobs.
