A 92,844-square-foot industrial building in Chelmsford has sold for $2.7 million.

MassInnovation, a sustainable development company, sold the building at 9 Alpha Road to the town of Chelmsford, according to a statement.

The CB Richard Eliis team of Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner, and David Connolly, senior vice president/partner, represented MassInnovation in the transaction.

The building at 9 Alpha Road has interior warehouse space broken up into three, 30,000-square-foot warehouse sections. Approximately 3,696 square feet of office space at the facility provides individual offices and workrooms and meeting rooms.
