Boston-based Tritower Financial Group has acquired a Chelmsford property for $39.4 million from USAA Real Estate Co.
The building at 300 Apollo Drive contains 293,000 square feet of class A office space and is 100 percent leased to eight tenants.
"The LEED silver building is in pristine physical condition and is located in an area with a strong history of solid economic growth. We are confident that property will always attract and retain top quality companies moving forward," Tod Brainard, a partner and director of acquisition for Tritower, said in a statement.
Cassidy Turley Principal David Pergola and Managing Director Brian Doherty represented USAA Real Estate Co. in the transaction.
