Kimberly "Kim" Chesnut, of South Yarmouth, has joined the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank’s commercial lending team as vice president, director of credit administration.

Chesnut, who has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently served in a similar capacity for a bank on Martha’s Vineyard, according to a statement. Her prior experience included various commercial lending and commercial credit risk management positions with a local bank and a large regional bank.

"It’s a background that further strengthens the bank’s commitment and ability to serve the business community of the Cape and Islands," said Cape Cod Five President and CEO Dorothy A. Savarese.
