Chestnut Hill-based CPA and business advisory firm Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC (ALL) and Newton-based CPA firm Gold & Goldberg LLP (G&G) have merged.
After G&G co-founder and partner Len Goldberg announced his retirement, Managing Partner Bruce A. Gold decided to move the firm back into a full service environment, according to a statement.
"This will provide growth opportunities to my staff, who have been with me from eight to 20 years, and ensure that we can provide all services at a very high level to help our clients thrive," said Gold.
"Combining our talents and expertise strengthens our ability to continue providing the best in tax, accounting and advisory services and to better serve our clients, as they too take on new opportunities to grow," said Ron Loberfeld, ALL’s managing partner. "We look forward to working together as partners and creating a new chapter for both our firms."
Both firms will operate from the Chestnut Hill office at 1330 Boylston St. and provide services as Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC.
