Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) recently won three awards at the annual Rental Housing Association (RHA) fall conference in Boston.

CHR’s Patricia Scolly received the Maintenance Supervisor Award. Scolly oversees maintenance operations for three of CHR’s Massachusetts apartment portfolios in Brookline, Brighton and Cambridge, comprising 702 units. The Maintenance Mechanic Award went to CHR’s Mynor Arevalo, a maintenance technician at Hancock Village Apartments in Chestnut Hill, the company’s largest single property, with 789 apartment units. Norwood Gardens Apartments in Norwood received the Apartment Community Over 20 Years Old Award. CHR acquired Norwood Gardens in 1983 and has been making significant and transformative reinvestments in the property since that time. Of the 344 units at the property, 12 units are brand new and another 309 units have been updated with upgraded finishes and appliances. In 2012, CHR added a clubhouse and the amenity center was completed, along with a new swimming pool, tennis court and putting green.

"CHR had another excellent showing at the Rental Housing Association conference this year," David Risko, vice president of the property management division at Chestnut Hill Realty, said in a statement.
