Chicopee Bancorp, the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, has appointed Guida R. Sajdak as chief financial officer of both the company and bank.

Sajdak began her career at Chicopee in 1989, and most recently served as vice president of finance, the company said.

Sajdak is expected to commence her new duties July 1. She succeeds W. Guy Ormsby as CFO, who is set to retire effective June 30.
