Chlo Pho Realty LLC has purchased a 10-unit, three-story apartment building in Brookline for $2.1 million.

The apartment building, located at 1748 Beacon St., sits on a 5,376-square-foot lot and contains six studios, three one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit, according to a statement. The building was built in 1900.

Boston-based NAI Hunneman’s Carl Christie, executive vice president, and Dan McGee, financial analyst and sales associate, represented the seller, 1748 Beacon Street Realty Trust, and procured the buyer.

"It’s rare to come across such rental properties in Brookline," said Christie. "We’re very pleased to have completed this transaction on behalf of our client and receive an offer very close to the asking price."

The Brookline apartment building was last assessed for $1.3 million, according to The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
