Thompson Hennessey & Partners Vice President James GriffinBack Bay clothing store Karmaloop has leased 15,700 square feet on the fourth and fifth floors of 334 Boylston St. in Boston.

Boston-based Thompson Hennessey & Partners Vice President James Griffin and Associate Colin Greenhalgh, in conjunction with FHO Partners’ Jonathan Vacca, represented Karmaloop, according to a statement. The landlord, The Druker Co., was self-represented.

Karmaloop decided on the space because "it allowed for the preservation of their unique company culture and provided for future expansion," according to a statement. The clothing store plans to move into their new location this month from their current address at 131 Tremont St.
