Tampa, Fla.-based CLW Real Estate Group recently opened a Boston office.

The commercial real estate firm hired Richard Bradbury as a firm principal, according to a statement. He has 15 years of experience and will be responsible for broadening the firm’s reach within New England by building out a brokerage platform, which will include tenant representation, landlord representation and capital markets locally.

"We are excited about opening this new office in Boston and recruiting Rich to lead this expansion," said Lou Varsames, CLW principal. "We are confident his broker background and prior experience as a finance executive and a CPA will be of tremendous value to CLW’s existing and future clients."

Before joining CLW, Bradbury was vice president of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, according to a statement. He was also the founder and financial executive for two New York-based high technology firms – WebAccountants LLC and WorldSpy.com.
