Danvers-based cm&b Inc. has hired a new chief financial officer, Pam Thomas, and added Scott Filleul as a senior project manager and Marcel Tatu as an estimator. The firm also promoted Steve Krauss to vice president, corporate risk.

"We are very excited that Pam, Scott and Marcel have joined our team and that Steve has accepted the position of vice president,"   said cm&b President Sean Fahy in a statement.  "All four of these individuals bring strong skill sets and knowledge that will assist cm&b as we continue to provide our growing client base with exceptional service and expertise."

Prior to coming to cm&b, Thomas was accounting director at Shawmut Design and Construction. 

Before joining cm&b as senior project manager, 20-year industry veteran Filleul was most recently a senior project manager with Colantuoni Brothers Corp. of Norwood. 

Estimator Tatu comes to cm&b from Shawmut Design and Construction, where he served as project estimator.

In his new role, Krauss will oversee contract management, forecasting, and long-term planning, and will work closely with cm&b’s legal, insurance and financial consultants.
