CMI Property Inc. has purchased two retail buildings in Norwood from the Zoppo family for $7 million.
The property, comprising approximately 80,208 square feet of space, is located on an 8.5-acre-site at 560 – 570 Boston Providence Highway.
Elliot & Co. LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
