Stacey J. Cocco of Braintree has been named business development officer and branch manager of South Coastal Bank’s new Quincy branch at 77 Granite St.
In her new role, Cocco will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, developing deposit and loan business, as well as expanding the bank’s customer base in the area.
Cocco has more than 29 years of experience in retail banking and business development. She was most recently at South Shore Savings Bank, where she held a number of positions including retail business development officer, branch manager and business development officer.

Cocco attended Suffolk University, is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from New England College of Business and Finance, according to a statement.
