Erminio Grasso has been named regional vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Central New England North Region.
Grasso will oversee the company’s 15 branch offices within northeastern Massachusetts. He will report to Patricia Villani, senior vice president and general sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Prior to his new role, Grasso was the sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Andover office, where he was responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of 79 sales associates serving Andover and the surrounding communities in the Merrimack Valley.

Grasso started his real estate career more than eight years ago as a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Tewksbury office. Within about a year, Grasso was promoted to sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Haverhill. He later took over as manager of the company’s Andover office.

Prior to his real estate career, Grasso worked in the financial services industry for such companies as New England Financial and Scudder Investments.
