Gail Roberts, sales associate of the Coldwell Banker residential brokerage office in Cambridge, has received the Coldwell Banker residential brokerage international president’s premier award.

The award places Roberts in the top one percent of sales associates worldwide, according to a statement.

Within the company’s New England system, she is the number two sales associate among 4,000. The rankings are determined by sales volume achieved in 2009, according to a statement.

She was also honored with the top listing per units, top listing per volume and top sales per volume awards.

"Gail is among a very elite group of sales associates internationally and her achievements are extraordinary," said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. "To achieve the sales results that she did during such a challenging economic climate is nothing short of extraordinary.
