Colliers International has leased 132,469 square feet in four transactions at 4 and 8 Technology Drive in Westborough Technology Park in Westborough. 

John Carroll III, William Lynch, Timothy O’Brien and Wayne Spiegel of Colliers are the exclusive leasing agents for the property.

Akibia, Inc., a leading provider of consulting services for data center, network, security and compliance solutions, has renewed a 52,315-square-foot office lease at 4 Technology Drive. Cushman & Wakefield represented Akibia.

ARRIS, a global communications technology company formerly known as Big Band Networks, leased 28,574 square feet of office space at 8 Technology Drive. ARRIS was represented by CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners, LP.

Columbia Gas, an energy services company, has executed a new 25,837-square-foot office lease at 4 Technology Drive to relocate from 300 Friberg Parkway in Westborough, Mass. The move will take place in July 2012. CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners, LP represented Columbia Gas.

Previously a subtenant of ARRIS within the park, SimpliVity, Inc., a high-tech startup developing IT infrastructure technology, has directly leased 25,743-square-feet at 8 Technology Drive, a 15,000-square-foot expansion for the firm.  T3 Advisors represented SimpliVity.

4 and 8 Technology Drive have 222,453 square feet of office and R&D space, located on Route 9, immediately adjacent to Route 495.
