Collins Joins Metro Credit Union Team

Marlene Collins has been appointed branch manager at Chelsea-based Metro Credit Union’s soon-to-open Boston branch at 1071 Mass Ave.

In her new role, Collins will oversee the daily operations as well as development of consumer and business relationships for the branch, according to a statement. Collins, a 35-year retail banking veteran, previously held similar positions at Eastern Bank, Bank of America and Bank Boston.

"Mrs. Collins’ extensive experience in retail banking and her background in delivering exceptional customer service will be a great asset to Metro," said President and CEO Robert M. Cashman.
