Alan Jenne, of Haverhill, has joined Worcester-based Commerce Bank as vice president of consumer lending, and Nancy Doane, of Milford, has been promoted to assistant vice president in the bank’s ACH Department.

Jenne will be responsible for all of Commerce Bank’s lending to consumers, including home equity lending and automobile and personal loans. He previously served as CEO of the Lawrence Firefighters Federal Credit Union and as senior vice president of consumer lending for First Essex Bank in Andover.

Doane joined Commerce Bank last year as an ACH Officer. In her new role, she is responsible for the bank’s electronic funds transfer department including managing and monitoring the risk associated with payments processing for several payroll companies.
