CommonWealth REIT Closes 11.5M Common Share Offering

Newton real estate investment trust CommonWealth REIT has closed its 11.5 million common share offering including the underwriters’ full over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1.5 million common shares.

The joint bookrunning managers for the offering were Citi, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities. The co-lead managers for this offering were BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies & Co. Inc., RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank. The co-managers for the offering were BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott, JMP Securities and Oppenheimer & Co.
