Charles River Bank

A team of Charles River Bank student tellers attended the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston for the Massachusetts School Bank Association Annual Spring Conference to compete in a multiround Jeopardy-style game show.

 

Berkshire Bank

Berkshire Bank Foundation has announced that it will provide $38,000 to Habitat for Humanity affiliates as part of its Hockey4Housing partnership with NESN’s coverage of the Boston Bruins.

 

Country Bank

Country Bank sponsored its first Financial Literacy fair for college students at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Country Bank also presented Rachel’s Table with a $2,800 donation as part of its Employee Charitable Giving Program.

 

Florence Bank

Florence Bank announced it will distributed grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 to 56 nonprofit organizations in the Pioneer Valley, including the Amherst Survival Center, Northampton Senior Center/Elder Vision Inc., the Easthampton Community Center and Bright Spot Therapy Dogs.

 

MutualOne Bank

MutualOne Bank recently distributed a $5,000 grant to the Knox Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

 

Noonan Energy Corp.

Noonan Energy Corp. recently announced a $1,000 matching donation to The Gray House for Valley Gives. Valley Gives is hosted by the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts and is a 24-hour online giving event to encourage philanthropy among the residents of the Pioneer Valley.

 

Northern Bank & Trust

The Northern Bank & Trust Charitable Foundation has donated $2,500 to the Melrose Family YMCA to support summer camp scholarships for low- to moderate-income families.

 

RCN Boston

RCN Boston recently announced it has donated $150,000 worth of cross channel advertisements to promote the March for Babies Boston, to be held on Saturday, May 7.
