Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) has leased 26,645 square feet at 404 Wyman St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham.

Chip Batchelder of Waltham-based Wyman Street Advisors represented the landlord, Hobbs Brook Management, and Alex Dauria of Jones Lang LaSalle represented CSC, according to a statement.

"CSC chose to relocate to 404 Wyman St. because Hobbs Brook’s reputation precedes itself, and thus far we’ve found them to be outstanding landlords," said Lisa Rogier, office manager for CSC. "We’ve found the amenities within the building and the office park to be exceptional."
