Computer Software Co. Renews Lowell Lease

SofTech Inc., a computer software company, has renewed its 9,800-square-foot lease at 59 Lowes Way in Lowell.

The company will remain on the third floor of the property, a 102,653-square-foot, Class B office building.

"SofTech’s decision to stay at Connector Park in Lowell is a testament to National Development’s distinction as a landlord," said Kerry Olson of CB Richard Ellis, which facilitated the transaction. "Another key attraction point is the building’s strategic location, with fast access to major thoroughfares such as Route 3, Interstate 495 and the Lowell Connector."

The CBRE team of Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner, Jason Levendusky, first vice president and Olson, vice president, represented landlord National Development. Richards Barry Joyce and Partners’ Jamey Lipscomb represented SofTech.
