Compuware has signed a 68,145-square-foot office lease in Waltham.

The technology performance company will use the new space, located at 404 Wyman St., to consolidate its offices at 10 Maguire Road in Lexington and 400 Totten Pond Road in Waltham into one location. 

The Waltham location is part of the fifth floor of the Class A, four-story, 449,000-square-foot office building in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. 

Shawn McDonough, Joe Sciolla and Andrew Orpik of Cresa Boston and Cameron McCausland of Cresa Detroit and Anne Coggeshall of Cresa Denver represented Compuware. The owner/landlord, Hobbs Brook Management, was represented by Chip Batcheler from Wyman Street Advisors. 

Barry Dubé and Amy Braun of Cresa Boston will provide project management services for Compuware’s move-in, slated for fall 2013.  Interior design and furniture specification services for the move are being provided by Boston-based CBT.
