Wilmington-based Concentra Health Services has renewed its 7,500-square-foot lease with Cummings Properties at 50 Concord St. in Wilmington.
Searcy Ferguson of CBRE, a national brokerage firm, represented Concentra in the search for space and lease negotiations, while Steve Costa, a leasing/property manager, represented Cummings Properties.
