Coldwell Banker’s Brigitte Senkler and Chris Ridick, sales associates in the company’s Concord office, brokered the sale. Senkler represented the seller of the home while Ridick represented the buyer.

The main residence has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a recently renovated kitchen. The property includes a post and beam barn with a basketball court, fully equipped kitchen and stone fireplace. A heated outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts and a four-car heated garage complete the property.
