Craig Connolly, of Norfolk, has been promoted to assistant controller at Needham Bank.
In this new role, Connolly, who previously held the position of financial analyst, will manage accounting activity in the absence of the controller and will assist in all accounting activities, according to a statement. He will also serve as liaison between the controller and other departments, and oversee the installation and operation of general accounting, budgeting and related systems.
"It gives us great pleasure to announce Craig’s promotion to assistant controller," said Jack W. McGeorge, president of Needham Bank. "He is a valued member of our fine team of professionals and we look forward to his continued contributions to our success."
Before joining Needham Bank, Connolly served as a financial analyst for Benjamin Franklin Bank in Franklin, now Rockland Trust.
