Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank has hired Christine Conrad as its new chief customer service officer.
Dorothy A. Savarese, President and CEO of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, said in a statement, "Throughout our long history, Cape Cod Five has prided itself on providing superior customer service to help our customers achieve their financial goals. This is something we are constantly striving to improve, so creating a position 100 percent focused on the customer experience across all channels, be they face-to-face or technology assisted, was a natural evolution."
Conrad has a bachelor of fine arts from Rhode Island School of Design and a bachelor of arts from Bates College; she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in banking and financial services from Boston University. She has 19 years of experience in relationship-building, community relations, channel development, branch administration, deposit operations, marketing and strategic planning, much of it with community banks.
