Consensus Building Institute (CBI), a non-profit organization that promotes negotiations and resolves conflicts, has renewed its 4,879-square-foot lease at 238 Main St. in Cambridge.

Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented CBI and the landlord, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.

CBI will continue to operate its corporate headquarters from 238 Main St., a 5-story, 79,000-square-foot office building located in Kendall Square and adjacent to the MIT Campus.
