MEGRYCO Inc. has started construction on an 18-unit condominium complex in Pembroke.

The property at 599 Washington Place will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom condominiums with open floor plans, ranging in size from 900 square feet to 1,850 square feet. They will include hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, state-of-the-art kitchens with granite countertops and access to outdoor patios.

"We are thrilled to introduce this new and unique condominium development in Pembroke, a community which currently does not have any new condominiums under construction," Rick Vayo, president of MEGRYCO, said in a statement. "What makes this project even more exciting is redeveloping an existing, underutilized, structure we could repurpose into housing that will serve as an attractive living option for a wide variety of households in and around Pembroke."

The units will be exclusively marketed and sold by Lynne Morey, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Plymouth. Prices will range from $250,000 to $399,000.
