Fragale Building Corp., a masonry and construction company, has purchased an 11,316-square-foot industrial building at 3 Craig Road in Acton for $775,000.

The building was last assessed for $749,200, according to records obtained from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

Micah Stubblebine and David Stubblebine, of Lexington-based The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International, represented the seller, Merwin H. Craig, in the transaction, and also directly procured the buyer, according to a statement.
"The property has [a] large paved area and free-span interior warehouse that was attractive to a broad range of buyers," said Micah Stubblebine.
