Consumer United Expands To Westborough

1 Research Drive, Westborough Consumer United, a Boston-based auto, home and life insurer, is expanding into new space in Westborough.

The company recently completed a 22,000-square-foot office sublease at 1 Research Drive in Westborough. The firm subleased the space to accommodate its expansion needs, and will move in Feb. 1.

Marci Alvarado, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group Inc. represented the sub-landlord, while Jeremy Hood of T3 Advisors represented Consumer United in the deal.

One Research Drive is a Class A, 283,797-square-foot office building in the Westborough Business Park, adjacent to Route 9.
