Norwell-based real estate firm Jack Conway Realtor has expanded its commercial division into Abington.
The Conway Commercial Connection (CCC), established last month in Hyannis, will add an office at 204 Brockton Ave. (Rt. 123), down the street from the company’s Abington residential sales office.
"Our division will assist our commercial department in helping meet the needs of the commercial and industrial customers in the Greater Brockton area," said CCC Manager Tom Rudolph. "We plan to continue to reach out to the business community and provide the kind of service that people have come to expect from Jack Conway Realtor."
Rudolph is an East Bridgewater resident and a 36-year Conway sales agent, manager and administrator. He is a past president and former Realtor of the Year for the Brockton Board of Realtors, past chairman of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce and former president of the East Bridgewater Kiwanis Club.
Joining Rudolph to launch the new Abington Commercial Connection is Conway agent Richard "Dick" Anderson, who previously owned and operated a real estate and appraisal company in East Bridgewater for 40 years. Like Rudolph, he is a past president and Realtor of the Year for the Greater Brockton Board of Realtors. He is a former town assessor and chairman of the Housing Authority in East Bridgewater and a past director of the East Bridgewater Cooperative Bank.
"I’m looking forward to working with Tom to get our division up and running," said Anderson, a U.S. Marine veteran and West Bridgewater resident.
