Norwell real estate firm Jack Conway & Co. has launched a "buyer bonus" program to offer buyers from $3,000 to $15,000 in financial incentives for purchasing designated properties throughout its marketplace.
Conway listings that offer a buyer bonus, are identified with yellow "stickers" on all of the company’s print and Internet advertising. These homes are being sold with monetary rewards, which may include seller financing, price reductions, seller-paid closing costs and points, and many other financial packages individually tailored to the buyer’s needs.
"We had a very successful Buyer Bonus Program in 2007 and we are now offering an expanded version of this incentive," said Conway CEO Carol Bulman. "Many people were not able to find and close on a home within the deadline set by the government for its tax credit, and we don’t want those potential buyers to give up their search. Our stimulus package can help them afford to buy a house now or in the future because it has no expiration date."
