Jack Conway, Realtor recently promoted its in-house graphic designer to director of corporate branding and welcomed a new agent to its Duxbury office.
Kelly Waterfield will all efforts to enhance the visual appeal of the company’s buildings and offices in her new role, and Herb Hokanson joined the company’s Duxbury office.
Waterfield has helped make over more than half of Conway’s 33 offices in the last few years, the company said in a statement. She has worked in the Conway marketing department for 18 years. In her new role, she will oversee all efforts to enhance the visual appeal of buildings and offices throughout the company’s footprint.
Hokanson retired from a career in insurance two weeks before joining the real estate firm. In 1999, his insurance company, which employed hundreds of South Shore residents, was recognized by INC Magazine as one of the fastest growing firms in America. He has also bought and sold 16 businesses over the last 40 years and was involved in the sale of the two largest commercial office buildings on Route 139 in Marshfield and Pembroke.
