David Ellis of Conway Commercial recently brokered a 4,156-square-foot lease at 57 Rockwood Road in Marshfield for Shopguard USA, a retail security company, for its growing Northeast headquarters.

"The new Marshfield facility will give the business room to grow and expand here on the South Shore," Ellis said in a statement.

"This is the second corporate relocation that Ellis has conducted on our behalf," said Mike Campbell, president of Shopguard USA, in the statement. "He listened intently to our needs and identified a list of properties tailored specifically to us."
