Corporate housing company Churchill Corporate Services and Collegiate House School Uniform Co. have each signed leases at Medford Commerce Center that total 26,200 square feet.

Churchill Corporate Services is relocating its South Boston sales office to the Medford office building at 970 Fellsway, according to a statement. The firm leased 11,200 square feet of industrial space and converted it to loft-style offices, a showroom and storage space.

Everett-based Collegiate House School Uniform Co. leased 15,000 square feet in the Medford office building.

Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties Inc. represented both tenants and the landlord, Fellsway Realty LLC in the lease transaction.
