Glastonbury, Conn.-based Bankers’ Bank Northeast, which provides correspondent banking services for institutions throughout New England, has expanded into New Jersey.

Richard P. Neale has been named vice president/relationship manager for the company in New Jersey. Neale will be responsible for introducing Bankers’ Bank Northeast to community financial institutions in the state.

Neale has been in correspondent banking in the New Jersey market for more than 25 years. He most recently served as director and treasury management senior sales officer for U.S. financial institutions at Bank of America.

"Rick Neale’s extensive experience both in correspondent banking and his knowledge of the state’s banking community will be most helpful in communicating our Bank’s message," Bankers’ Bank Vice President for Sales and Service Susan W. Salecky said in a statement.
