Craig S. JohnstonCourion Corp., an identity and access management company, is relocating its corporate headquarters to Westborough.

The company is moving from Framingham to 1900 West Park Drive in Westborough, a two-story 93,127-square-foot first-class office building, according to a statement. Courion has leased 24,834 square feet. 

Robert Cirrone CFO of Courion said "the relocation of Courion corporate headquarters is driven by the company’s significant growth, profitability and plans for expansion. This new facility will provide Courion with the flexibility it needs for 2010 and beyond."

The company has offices in the U.S., the United Kingdom and India.

Craig S. Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented Courion in the transaction and Matt Giffune of Jones Lang LaSalle represented BPG Properties Ltd.
