CPA Elected To Spencer Bank’s Board

Joseph Stolberg Joseph N. Stolberg, a local certified public accountant, has been elected a director at Spencer Bank.

Stolberg served as a Spencer Bank corporator since April 2011, and is the founder and managing partner of Stolberg, Ebbeling & Blanchette LLP in Worcester. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Stolberg holds a degree in accounting from Babson College. He is also a member of many Central Massachusetts not-for-profit organizations, the bank said.

"I am confident that Joseph Stolberg will be a great director thanks to his extensive knowledge in the financial industry," Spencer Bank President and CEO K. Michael Robbins said in a statement.
