Novogradac & Co. LLP, a national certified public accounting and consulting firm, has leased 10,031 square feet at 101 Arch St. in Boston.
The lease is an extension and expansion for the San Francisco-based firm, according to a statement.
Boston Realty Advisors’ downtown tenant representation team of Wil Catlin and Adam Schneier represented the tenant, while the Tom Ashe of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented landlord, ING Clarion Partners LLC.
