Miller Wachman LLP, a certified public accounting firm with offices in Boston, Worcester and Holliston, is the newest tenant at 100 Cambridge St. in downtown Boston.

The company will occupy 6,381 square feet on the 13th floor. The former Saltonstall building, which MassDevelopment redeveloped into a mixed-use site that reopened in 2004, has been fully leased since 2007.

"We’re pleased that Miller Wachman has come on board as a tenant at 100 Cambridge St., an example of smart growth reuse at its best," said MassDevelopment President and CEO Robert L. Culver.

In 2000, the commonwealth of Massachusetts closed the Leverett A. Saltonstall state office building and selected MassDevelopment to redevelop the contaminated property, located on at the corner of Cambridge and Bowdoin Streets in downtown Boston.
