Cresa has added three new staff to its Boston commercial real estate office: Senior Advisor Laura Walsh and Associates Elizabeth Geary and Emily Hedeman.

Walsh manages the Osram Sylvania National Account, which includes tenant representation services for the company’s North, Central, and South American locations.  Walsh also supports new business ventures and transactions for Cresa’s Cambridge and suburban markets.  Prior to joining Cresa, Walsh was a project manager and designer at Dyer Brown & Associates, in Boston. She also worked as a designer at Office Environments of New England in Boston as well as Nelson in Natick.  Walsh received a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Purdue University.

Geary will assist Cresa’s advisors in business development and tenant representation transactions for the Cambridge, suburban, and Downtown Boston markets. Her responsibilities include market surveys, tours, financial/non-financial analyses, and marketing support.  From 2011 to 2013, Geary was a client services associate at CB Richard Ellis New England. From 2009 to 2011, she served as a public relations and philanthropy consultant at Sun Life Financial in Boston. Geary received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 2008.

Hedeman will provide marketing support, graphic design, website development, and market research.  Prior to joining Cresa, she served as a design and development associate at Southern Management in Baltimore, MD.  In 2012, she earned her master’s in real estate development from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she also received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 2010.
