Boston-based corporate real estate advisory firm Cresa’s board of directors elected Richard M. Rhodes as its new CEO to succeed Jim Lesley. Rhodes will also continue to act as managing principal at Cresa’s Washington, D.C., office.

Matthew Feeney has been named the company’s new chairman to replace Rhodes. Feeney will also continue as managing principle at Cresa Philadelphia. Judi Hilton, who is based at the firm’s corporate office in Boston, was named chief operating officer.

Joining Rhodes, Feeney and Hilton on the executive committee is the firm’s re-elected vice chairman, Matthew Miller, managing principal of Cresa Los Angeles.

“Rich, Matt and Matthew are the logical choices to lead Cresa moving forward and take us to the next level,” Cresa co-founder and Board Advisor Bill Goade said in a statement. “They have all been with Cresa since our inception, have terrific track records in the industry and are passionate client advocates who exemplify Cresa’s values.”

The new leadership team plans to expand its reach, projecting 20 percent growth in personnel and revenue over the next five years, and aiming to open eight new offices in Europe and Asia.
