Boston-based Cresa has opened a new office in Tampa Bay, Fla. and named Caleb Lewis as a principal.

Prior to joining Cresa, Lewis spent 10 years at Bishop & Associates, Inc., a well-established Tampa-based commercial real estate firm that partnered with Cresa on its in-bound business in Tampa. During his career, Caleb has represented clients in the leasing and purchase of 2.1 million square feet of office space.

Cresa Tampa Bay office is Cresa’s third office to open in Florida and is a part of nearly 60 Cresa offices in North America.
