Adam Subber and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston recently represented PHT Corporation (PHT), a medical software provider, in a 42,633 square-foot office lease expansion and renewal at 500 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown.

The company recently completed its move-in and is occupying part of the first and third floors of the three-story, 300,000 square-foot office building located in the 1.2 million SF Hood Business Park. It formerly occupied 37,000 square feet in the building.
