A Crown Colony office building in Quincy recently reached 100 percent occupancy when Cambridge Savings Bank signed a 2,600-square-foot lease on the property to create its first South Shore residential mortgage lending office late last month.
Campanelli purchased the five-story, 118,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 300 Crown Colony in early 2010 and has worked exclusively with Colliers International to increase its occupancy from 73 percent to 100 percent. The property attracted seven new tenants with three renewing commitments.
Jim Elcock, David Goodhue and Caleb Hudak of Colliers were the exclusive leasing agents for the property.
