Jane F. Cullen has joined United Bank as senior vice president of business services.

In this newly created position, Cullen is responsible for the bank’s overall cash management products and services for existing and potential customers, and for optimizing deposit growth strategies in United Bank’s Worcester and Springfield regions. Additionally, she will be responsible for the development of new products and services for corporate clients, according to a statement.

Cullen has more than 20 years of financial services experience. She joins United from TD Bank in Worcester, where she served as vice president of cash management, and as a specialist in the areas of health care, higher education and not-for-profit organizations. Previously, she held positions as vice president and manager of business services with Flagship Bank & Trust in Worcester, and as vice president of cash management sales with Banknorth, also in Worcester.

Cullen, of Gardner, is a member of the Treasury Management Association of New England, the Association of Financial Professionals and the National Automated Clearing House Association.
