Boston Region Entrepreneurship Weeks (BREW) has partnered with Cummings Properties to offer three winning companies free office space for a year at either Cummings Park in Woburn or Cummings Center in Beverly.
Submissions for the "Making it Real" free office space promotion can be entered online through Thursday, Sept. 15. All of the submissions will be included in a voting process beginning Sept. 19 and ending Oct. 7. The 10 companies with the most votes will be invited to attend Mass Innovation Nights on Oct. 12, at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn to share why they should be awarded free office space for a year. Voting will reopen Oct. 13, and the three winning companies will be announced on Oct. 28.
The three offices vary in size from 300 square feet to 1,300 square feet. If the winners choose, they may apply the value of the office as credit towards a larger space, the companies said.
BREW is a series of events hosted by the community that provide resources and infrastructure to entrepreneurs in Greater Boston. The BREW celebration will take place from Oct. 12 – Oct. 28, with events in and around the Boston area.
"The Boston area entrepreneur community is thriving. There are lots of innovative companies and we want to help three of them by providing free office space for a year," said Erica Wright, leasing manager at Cummings Properties. "We have a long history of supporting early stage firms, and we are excited to partner with BREW to help a few promising startups get to the next level."
