Cushman & Wakefield has relocated its Boston office to Franklin Street.

The 36,555-square-foot office, located at 225 Franklin St., underwent a LEED-certified build-out.  The new design includes 10-foot ceilings and large glass clerestories in between perimeter offices, acting as a continuation of the full-height glass office fronts.

Visnick & Caulfield Associates was the architect for the office revamp and Shawmut Design & Construction was as the general contractor.
