Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $19.9 million in financing for Cambridge-based RJ Kelly Co.’s $30 million acquisition of a Class-A office complex in Burlington. The financing was provided by Cambridge Savings Bank.
The properties at 10 and 20 Mall Road are a two-building office complex totaling 154,111 square feet. The three- and four-story buildings are leased to a diverse roster of tenants.
The acquisition financing was arranged by Jay Wagner, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s equity, debt and structured finance practice. Wagner worked with the Cushman & Wakefield investment sales team that brokered the sale of the property.
